Terra Yoga offers a complete system of health and fitness through the teachings of yoga asana to help people heal and grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our purpose is to create an environment of conscientious human beings committed to improving their health and revitalizing their spirits. We provide a safe, clean, caring environment with the highest level of professional instruction. It is a peaceful space where people are welcomed, connected and cared for.

In an effort to reduce our impact on the environment, we have decided to stop selling plastic water bottles and begin selling water refills. Just bring your own reusable bottle (or buy one from us) and feel free to use our cooler to refill your reasonably sized container before or after class for $1.

Our facility provides men’s and women’s changing rooms and a bathroom. Yoga mats and Yogitoes Skidless towels are available for purchase. We also rent yoga mats and towels.

I started hot yoga to help heal my body. I spent last summer training and competing in two Ironman races. Since my last race in Kona, Hawaii, I have had a chronic calf/achilles injury that has not responded well to treatment. Hot yoga is the only cardio exercise I can do, and the stretching and heated room have really helped to strengthen the weak and injured muscles of my legs. I am slowly getting back into running but will continue to do yoga to increase my flexibility and strengthen my core. ~ Malia Greening
